ZCS 60 kW DC charger dual CCS2 Pure
60 kW DC fast charging station with two CCS2 connectors, the European standard, 5 m cables, 10.1" touch display, start via RFID, app or Plug&Play, MID meter and OCPP. Floor-standing, IP54. ZCS Azzurro part number ZVD-60K-POWER/P.
The ZCS Azzurro ZVD-60K-POWER/P is a 60 kW DC fast charging station in the Pure version, with two CCS2 connectors and 5 m cables. It is the configuration designed for today's vehicle fleet: CCS2 is the European standard for DC charging and is used by virtually all new electric cars and vans sold in Europe.
Two CCS2: why it makes sense for a fleet
In a company depot, a dealership car park or a delivery firm's yard, the issue is not the connector but the number of vehicles. With two CCS2 the station serves two vehicles without moving them: when the first finishes, the second is already connected and charging continues. Compared with the Dual version you give up CHAdeMO, now found only on older vehicles, and get a simpler station to manage for a uniform fleet.

How much it charges in a shift
An electric delivery van typically uses 20-30 kWh/100 km. With 60 kW available, one hour's stop mid-shift delivers up to about 50-60 kWh, enough for another 200 km round, if the vehicle accepts that power. With two CCS2 stops can be scheduled back to back without anyone moving vehicles.
Frequently asked questions
Do the two connectors deliver 60 kW each?
No. The station's maximum power is 60 kW in total: with two vehicles connected it is shared between the two outputs. For faster simultaneous charging there is the 120 kW version.
What grid supply is needed?
At full power the station draws 96 A per phase at 400 V, about 66 kVA: within low voltage, but usually requiring an increase of contracted capacity. Check with your grid operator before buying.
Can plug-in hybrids use it?
Only those fitted with a CCS2 inlet for DC charging, which are a minority. Many plug-in hybrids charge only on AC with a Type 2 inlet.
Can it connect to fleet management software?
Yes, via OCPP 1.6 JSON, upgradable to 2.0: the station integrates with charging management platforms to assign consumption to each vehicle or driver.
How is it installed?
On a concrete platform, with an underground supply line and upstream protection sized by the designer. Its 228 kg weight requires suitable handling equipment during installation.
