Preparation and Shipping Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 5 business days from the confirmation of payment receipt.
Once the package is delivered to the courier, the estimated delivery times are generally about 3 business days. Any delays after the package has been handed to the courier are beyond our control and attributable to the courier service; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
Packages are shipped by express courier with tracking included. Standard shipping does not require a signature on delivery. If you require a signed delivery service, please contact us in advance, as an additional charge will apply.
In every case, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment in real time.
Shipping Costs and Conditions

- Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the products ordered.
- We recommend grouping items in a single order to reduce costs. We cannot combine orders placed separately, so each order will incur its own shipping charges.
