Alfen Eve Double Plus 22 kW 2 T2 cables, 1 feeder
Alfen Eve Double Plus dual charging station, three-phase, with two tethered spiral Type 2 cables and a single shared supply feeder (32 A): charges two vehicles with 22 kW intelligently shared. 7" display, MID meter per output, OCPP, IP54 and IK10.
The Alfen Eve Double Plus 3PH 1FC Cable (Alfen part number 904463025) is a two-point AC charging station with spiral Type 2 cables already attached and a single supply feeder (1 feeder cable). Each output reaches 22 kW three-phase; with two cars connected the station automatically shares the feeder's 32 A between them. It is the way to serve two parking spaces with a single supply cable from the distribution board.
Why a station with tethered cables
In company car parks, hotels and residential buildings not every user carries a cable, and those who do often leave it in the boot. With tethered spiral cables charging starts by plugging just the connector into the car: no forgotten cables, no cables lying on the ground. The spiral cable retracts by itself when not under tension and stays away from the wheels.
One feeder, two cars: how it works
With one supply feeder the station connects to the board with a single cable and a single upstream protection. If only one vehicle is charging, it receives the full 22 kW; with two vehicles, internal load management splits the available current. You save on cables, trenching and protection compared with the two-feeder version: the right choice when stays are long, such as overnight or during working hours.

Notes for the installer
Alfen specifies upstream, for the feeder, a 4P residual current device of at least 100 mA Type B (or selective Type A) and a 4P 40 A circuit breaker or gG fuse, with a recommended 5 x 6 mm² supply cable up to 50 m. The terminal of the one-feeder version accepts conductors up to 16 mm². The installation must comply with IEC 60364-7-722 and local wiring rules.
Frequently asked questions
Does a single car get full power?
Yes. With one vehicle connected the output can deliver up to 22 kW, if the car accepts it. Sharing applies only when both are charging.
How long are the cables?
The spiral Type 2 cables extend to 7.5 m: enough to reach the charging inlet of two cars parked either side of the station.
One feeder or two?
One feeder costs less to install and is enough for long stays. With two feeders (2FC version) each output keeps its 22 kW even when both are in use: needed where stays are short and vehicles many.
Can it be managed with billing software?
Yes, via OCPP 1.6 JSON with a charging management system; each output has its own MID meter to allocate consumption.
Can it be floor-mounted?
The station is made for wall mounting; for floor installation Alfen offers dedicated mounting poles and concrete bases as accessories.
