MEPV 375
Eurener MEPV Terracotta 375W photovoltaic module with TOPCon N-Type cells and RAL 8001 glass and frame, designed for building-integrated photovoltaics on clay-tile roofs and listed buildings.
Up to 19.2% efficiency, compact 1722 x 1134 x 30 mm (1.95 m2) format and only 20.5 kg. 20-year product warranty, 30-year linear power warranty. Made in Spain.
The Eurener MEPV Terracotta 375W solar panel is a TOPCon N-Type module built for building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV): the RAL 8001 glass and anodised aluminium frame match the tone of clay roof tiles, making the array almost invisible on historic buildings and heritage-protected areas.
Why choose a terracotta-coloured solar module?
In conservation areas and on listed buildings, standard black modules are frequently rejected at the permitting stage. The MEPV Terracotta removes that obstacle without giving up modern cell technology. The lighter colour also brings a real technical benefit: the surface runs cooler than a full-black module, cutting thermal losses in summer.

Frequently asked questions
Will a terracotta panel be approved by heritage authorities?
RAL 8001 is the finish most commonly requested in conservation-area requirements, because it blends into clay-tile roofing. The final decision always rests with the local authority, so it helps to submit the module datasheet with the RAL code stated explicitly, together with a photographic simulation of the roof.
How much power is lost compared with a black module of the same size?
The MEPV Terracotta delivers 375 Wp over 1.95 m2 at 19.2% efficiency, against 22-23% for a full-black module of the same format, so roughly 15-18% less power per square metre. In exchange the lighter surface runs at a lower cell temperature, recovering part of that gap during hot months.
Is the colour on the glass or only on the frame?
Both. The frame is terracotta anodised aluminium and the 3.2 mm anti-reflective tempered front glass is finished in RAL 8001, so the cells themselves are masked. That is what makes the module read as part of the roof when viewed from the ground.
How many MEPV 375 modules do I need for a 6 kWp array?
Sixteen modules, covering about 31 m2 and adding 328 kg to the structure. With a Voc of 39.75 V per module, strings of 8 to 14 modules sit inside the MPPT window of virtually every residential single-phase and three-phase inverter on the market.
Can it be installed near the sea or on farm buildings?
Yes. The module is certified to IEC 61701 for salt mist corrosion and IEC 62716 for ammonia corrosion, so it suits both coastal installations and the roofs of barns, stables and livestock buildings. The IP68 junction box and anodised frame complete the protection.
