BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II
The BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II is the paralleler with integrated BMS for Solax Triple Power T-BAT HV11550 batteries. Connects 2 strings in parallel for up to 46 kWh of storage. Compatible with Solax X1-Hybrid and X3-Hybrid hybrid inverters. BMS already integrated: no master battery required.
The BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II from Solax Power is the component for expanding photovoltaic storage capacity in systems with Triple Power T-BAT HV11550 batteries. Thanks to the integrated Battery Management System, this parallel box manages voltage, current, and state of charge (SoC) between two high-voltage battery strings, ensuring safety and optimal balancing without requiring a separate master module.
Why use a parallel BMS for Solax batteries?
With a single Solax Triple Power stack (T-BAT HV11550), you can reach a maximum of 23 kWh of capacity. The BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II allows you to double this capacity by connecting 2 independent strings in parallel, for a total of 46 kWh of storage. The two strings are managed independently: in case of an anomaly in one module, the other string continues to operate normally. This architecture also extends the useful life of the batteries thanks to the alternating use of the two banks.

When is the BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II needed?
The parallel box is recommended for all photovoltaic systems with Solax hybrid inverters where you want to exceed 23 kWh of storage. It is the ideal solution for homes with high energy consumption, small businesses, or users who need extended nighttime autonomy or a reliable backup system. It replaces the old scheme with a dedicated master battery: the BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II already incorporates the management logic, simplifying wiring and reducing the overall cost of the system.
What is included in the supply?
- BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II with integrated BMS
- Solax Power technical documentation (user manual and installation specifications)
- Communication connectors for T-BAT HV11550 strings
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II require a separate Solax master battery?
No. The BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II already integrates the Battery Management System inside, eliminating the need for a dedicated master battery. It is sufficient to connect the T-BAT HV11550 slave modules directly to the box, simplifying installation and reducing the overall cost of the storage bank.
How many T-BAT HV11550 batteries can I connect with the BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II?
The box supports two independent strings of Solax Triple Power T-BAT HV11550 batteries. Each string can contain up to 4 modules for a maximum of 23 kWh per string, reaching a total capacity of 46 kWh with both strings active. Each string is managed independently by the integrated BMS, ensuring safety even in case of an anomaly in a single bank.
Which Solax inverters are compatible with the BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II?
The BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II is compatible with Solax hybrid inverters from the X1-Hybrid and X3-Hybrid series. It is designed exclusively for Solax Triple Power high-voltage batteries (T-BAT HV11550) and is not compatible with low-voltage batteries or those from other manufacturers. Before purchasing, check the inverter firmware version with the updated Solax documentation.
What is the expected lifespan of the BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II?
The system is designed for 6,000 charge/discharge cycles at a depth of discharge of 90% (90% DOD). One of the advantages of parallel connection is the alternating use of the two battery banks, which distributes the usage cycles and extends the overall life of the entire system compared to a single string used at maximum every day.
Is the BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II compliant with CEI regulations for Italian photovoltaic systems?
Yes. The Solax system with BMS-PARALLEL BOX-II is declared compliant with CEI 0-21 (2022 and 2024) and CEI 0-16 (2022 and 2024), the Italian regulations governing the connection of production and storage systems to the distribution grid. This compliance is essential to obtain connection authorization from the local distributor (e.g., Enel Distribuzione) and for GSE procedures.
