Anodized aluminium mounting kit for pitched tile roofs. The 325cm rails hold 3 panels up to 105cm wide, or 4 panels of 67cm (with 2 additional central clamps to specify at order time).
This pitched roof mounting kit is designed to install solar panels on sloped roofs with tiles, no ballast required: it's fixed to the roof deck using hooks, for a lightweight system that also works on surfaces that aren't perfectly flat.
Two possible configurations
The 325cm rails are designed for two configurations: 3 solar panels up to 105cm wide each, or 4 narrower panels (up to 67cm). For the 4-panel configuration, please specify at order time, as it requires 2 additional central clamps for intermediate support.
How mounting on tile roofs works
The aluminium hooks slide under the tiles and are fixed to the roof deck (battens or rafters) with self-tapping screws not included. Once the tile is repositioned, just enough of the hook remains exposed to attach the rails on which the panel is mounted, either vertically or horizontally depending on preference.
