45° support structure for 6 photovoltaic modules on a roof
3mm anodized aluminium structure to mount 6 solar panels side by side (max combined width 630cm) at a fixed 45° tilt. Suitable for flat roofs with ground ballast anchoring or vertical wall mounting.
This 45° support structure in 3mm anodized aluminium is designed to mount 6 solar panels side by side (maximum combined width 630 cm) on a flat roof or via vertical wall mounting, canopy-style. The fixed 45° tilt guarantees good energy yield even without an optimally oriented roof.
What this structure is for
The system is ballasted directly on a flat roof, avoiding the need to drill through the waterproofing membrane, or it can be fixed directly to a vertical wall, for example to create a small solar canopy. Five triangular trestles support the entire row of panels at a fixed 45° tilt, distributing the weight across multiple support points given the considerable length of the structure.

Frequently asked questions
What's the maximum combined width of the 6 panels supported?
The structure is sized for 6 side-by-side solar panels with a combined width of up to 630 cm. For wider panels, please contact us to check compatibility.
Given the size and weight, is professional installation required?
At 55 kg and over 6 metres long, we recommend at least two people for assembly, and a qualified installer if you have no prior experience with solar mounting systems.
Can I install it on a flat roof without drilling the membrane?
Yes, the structure is designed for ground ballast anchoring, avoiding any drilling into the roof's waterproofing membrane. Alternatively, it can be fixed vertically to a wall.
What's included in the package?
The kit includes 5 triangular trestles at 45°, 4 horizontal cross rails (325cm) with 2 connecting joints, 4 end fixing clamps, 10 central fixing clamps and complete mounting hardware. Ground ballasts are not included.
Why does it have as many as 5 triangular trestles?
With a row of 6 panels over 6 metres long, more intermediate support points are needed to distribute the weight and prevent the rails from flexing, ensuring stability along the entire length of the structure.
