SecSun UBM-57260.1 PV Combiner Box AC/DC 3kW 1 String
The SecSun UBM-57260.1 is an AC/DC combiner box (string box) for single-phase photovoltaic systems up to 3 kW, 1 string at 1000 VDC: integrated magnetothermic, differential and surge protections. IP65, class II, EN 61439 compliant.
The SecSun UBM-57260.1 is a pre-wired AC/DC combiner box (string box) for single-phase photovoltaic systems up to 3 kW with 1 string at 1000 VDC. It gathers the disconnection and protection devices — magnetothermic, differential and surge arresters — between the PV modules, the inverter and the grid in a single IP65 enclosure.
What is the UBM-57260.1 for?
It is the entry single-string version of the range: for a compact single-phase system it provides, already wired and certified to CEI EN 61439-1/2, the string disconnection, overcurrent protection and surge protection required on both the DC and AC sides, without assembling the individual devices on site.

Frequently asked questions
What is a combiner box for?
It concentrates the disconnection and protection devices between modules, inverter and grid in a single certified enclosure, protecting the equipment and allowing the system to be isolated at a single point for safe maintenance.
Is one string enough for my system?
The UBM-57260.1 is sized for a single string up to 3 kW. If your array uses two strings or two orientations, choose the 2-string version of the range instead.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes. The IP65 rating protects against dust and water jets; installation protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures is recommended.
Who should install it?
Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician, respecting polarities, tightening torques and the applicable regulations.
