The SolaX HR140 rack is the modular solution for commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage systems requiring high capacity, safety and installation flexibility. Optimized for projects over 100 kWh, it allows configurations from 100.1 to 400.4 kWh with gradual scalability.

When is HR140 rack required?
For C&I installations requiring over 100 kWh capacity and preferring indoor installation in technical rooms. The split solution separates inverter and battery, facilitating transport and installation in environments with dimensional constraints.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the HR140 rack pre-cabled or do I need to assemble it?
The rack arrives pre-assembled with all TB-HR140 modules already mounted and cabled. Only the final connection cabling to the Aelio inverter is done on-site.
How long does the HR140 rack last in terms of cycles?
Over 6000 charge/discharge cycles at 90% DOD (Depth of Discharge) under specified test conditions. With daily cycling, this means approximately 16+ years of operational life.
Can I use the HR140 rack with other brand inverters?
The HR140 rack is compatible only with Aelio Solax systems. Communication occurs via CAN with the X3-Aelio inverter. It is not compatible with other inverters.
What do certifications IEC 62619/62477/UN 38.3 mean?
IEC 62619 certifies lithium batteries for stationary applications. IEC 62477 concerns electronic energy storage systems. UN 38.3 is the lithium battery transport regulation. These certifications guarantee safety and regulatory compliance.
Is the HR140 rack suitable for outdoors?
No, the HR140 rack has IP20 protection for indoor installation in technical rooms, data centers, closed cabinets. For outdoor installation, use the Aelio integrated cabinet solution or IP65-rated racks.
