Terms and Conditions of Use
Delivery Times
Orders for available goods are generally prepared and shipped within 2-3 working days. Deliveries are made via courier in major cities, with possible delays for remote areas.
Product Availability
Availability information is indicative and may vary based on demand. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed with alternative options.
Billing
Every order placed will be accompanied by a fiscal document, issued based on the information provided by the customer. No changes will be possible after issuance.
Upon Receipt of Goods
The customer is required to check the integrity of the package and the correspondence of the parcels. Any damages must be reported to the courier with "conditional acceptance" and communicated to info@mrwatt.eu within 7 days.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, returning the products intact in the original packaging. The refund will be made within 30 days.
Warranties
The products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (12 months) and the conformity warranty (24 months). For assistance, keep the invoice and contact info@mrwatt.eu.
Complaints
Any complaints must be forwarded to info@mrwatt.eu. Personal data will be processed exclusively for contractual and administrative purposes.
Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 for privacy protection.
