How many lamps do I need?

How to install
- Magnet – UWST1M: for liner pools with steel or galvanised iron walls. Snaps on magnetically, no tools needed — ideal for seasonal removal.
- Adhesive – UWST1A: for mosaic tiles, polyester, fibreglass, PVC liner and painted surfaces. Includes a syringe of special underwater polymer adhesive. Bonds directly underwater without draining the pool.
In both cases install at 20–30 cm depth on the sunniest wall to maximise solar charging. The lamp can stay installed during winter; to store it, charge for a few hours first and refit the protective magnet to preserve the battery.

Do I need to drain the pool to install the Moonlight lamp?
No. The UWST1 installs directly on the full pool wall without draining. The included adhesive (UWST1A) bonds to any surface — tiles, polyester, painted — even submerged. The magnet version UWST1M snaps on instantly with no glue.
What is the difference between the Magnet (UWST1M) and Adhesive (UWST1A) versions?
UWST1M is ideal for steel-frame liner pools: attaches and detaches without residue, perfect for seasonal removal. UWST1A works on any surface (mosaic, polyester, fibreglass, painted) using a special underwater polymer adhesive included in the box.
Is the lamp compatible with robotic pool cleaners?
Yes. Both the adhesive and the magnet withstand robotic cleaners passing over the lamp. No need to remove it during cleaning cycles.
Can I leave the lamp installed during winter?
Yes, it can stay installed even under a winter pool cover. Remove it only if you drain the pool or during severe frost. To store: charge for a few hours first, then refit the protective magnet to keep the battery from draining.
What is the difference between the white Moonlight and the blue DeepBlue?
