How the electric-fence kit works
The 100W solar panel, when well exposed to the sun, constantly recharges the battery connected to the energiser through the charge controller. Since the typical consumption of an electric fence is about 5-10 Ah per day, the panel's output (up to 20 Ah/day in summer and up to 10 Ah/day in winter) is enough to offset consumption even on very long fences, keeping the battery always charged without manual replacement or recharging.
