Alfen Eve S-line single-phase 7.4 kW T2 wallbox
Alfen Eve Single S-line single-phase wallbox with Type 2 socket, current up to 32 A (7.4 kW) and adjustable power. LED indicator, IP55 and IK10 housing. The essential, robust wallbox for the home garage.
The Alfen Eve Single S-line 1PH T2 is Alfen's single-phase wallbox with Type 2 socket, current up to 32 A and therefore up to 7.4 kW, with power adjustable to the supply. It is the essential line of the Eve family: no display, a clear LED status indicator and the same robust IP55 and IK10 housing as the professional versions.
The right wallbox for a single-phase home
Many homes have a single-phase supply with limited contracted power. A 22 kW three-phase wallbox would be underused at home. The single-phase S-line works up to 7.4 kW and adjusts to the power actually available: at night, when the home uses little, it charges the car without tripping the main breaker. At 7.4 kW you add about 35-45 km of range per hour of charging: one night fills the battery of almost any car for daily use.

Good to know before ordering
On the S-line Alfen handles some functions as activatable options, in particular raising the current to 32 A and RFID card authorisation. If you need the full 7.4 kW or access control with cards, check the configuration with us before ordering: it is the detail that distinguishes one S-line from another.
Frequently asked questions
Can I install it with a small supply?
Yes, by limiting the maximum current or adding a load management system. Charging will be slower, but at night almost all the available power goes to the car.
How long does a full charge take?
At 7.4 kW about 7 kWh are delivered per hour: a 50 kWh battery goes from 20 to 80% in about 4-5 hours, if the on-board charger accepts 32 A single-phase.
Is a cable needed?
Yes, the S-line has a Type 2 socket: use the Type 2 to Type 2 cable supplied with the car or a 32 A single-phase cable.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes, the IP55 rating and IK10 impact resistance make it suitable for outdoor parking spaces and carports.
Who installs it?
A qualified electrician, who checks the supply line, installs the protection required by IEC 60364-7-722 and local rules, and certifies the installation.
