Delivery times

The orders for goods available are prepared and sent away, usually in two / three working days and shipped by courier making deliveries in all provincial capitals, except uncomfortable place, smaller islands and mountain villages
No responsibility can be attributed to MR WATT S.R.L. in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

Products availability

The information on the availability is provided purely indicative and can vary depending on the number of requests.
The reporting of availability is not under any circumstances a contractual obligation.
Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of available products.
In the event that the product ordered is not actually available MR WATT S.R.L. We are committed to providing information about the time required for delivery of the ordered product and, on customer request, to repay any amounts paid in advance, or to propose equivalent products with higher availability.
It is expressly excluded any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order, or by delivery delays.

Billing

For every order placed on our store www.mrwatt.eu will be issued a receipt. For a printed invoice, they will prevail on the information provided by the Customer.
No change will be possible after the issuance of the tax document (invoice). MR WATT S.R.L. please the customer to carefully check the data entered at the time of the order, because they will be used for accounting records.

Receipt of the goods

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
• that the number of boxes is the same as indicated on the shipping document;
• the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials
Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the courier who delivers, adding the word "withdrawal conditional" on the appropriate document and confirmed within seven calendar days via email to: info @ mrwatt.eu

Each alert over these terms and / or by means other than the above mentioned, will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements. Once signed the document courier, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered and the number of packages received.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer is entitled to terminate the contract for a period of no later than 14 days from the moment you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal the buyer must give notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (within the same period you can also send a telegram or a fax, provided, however, that you send confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours later). Within the same period of 10 working days must return the products intact and in their original packaging.
Shipping is paid by and under the responsibility of the sender (packing materials carefully, not affix adhesive tape or anything else that could damage the original file packaging). The physical return will be accepted only if previously authorized. To exercise the right of withdrawal provide the following information: original document (indicating the order number and / or invoice) in case of partial withdrawal indicate the item code, or bank information items on which to obtain the eventual transfer ( ABI CAB n. C / C the nominee of the document). Refund will be made, as required by law, as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days. from receipt of the returned goods to the exclusion of transport costs.
The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer. If the goods are damaged during transport, MR WATT S.R.L. the incident will give notice to the customer, who must file a complaint against the carrier of his choice to get this payment; in this case the product will be shipped to Customer, and will cancel the request for withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the customer is established:
• the absence of external and / or internal packaging;
• the lack of elements that come with the product (accessories, cables, manuals, ...) or defect to the product itself;
• damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, MR WATT S.R.L. will return to the client the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
We remind you that you can not exercise the right of withdrawal for purchases made with VAT (assume professional use of the property that falls outside in consumer protection regulations seen as an end user private) or you can return if the packaging is first open .

Guarantees

All products sold by MR WATT S.R.L. They are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty (commercial warranty) for a period of 12 months, and the legal guarantee (guarantee of compliance) of 24 months in accordance with Decree 24/02.

To obtain warranty service, the customer must keep the receipt with good documentation (invoice). The manufacturer's standard warranty (the classic smooth functioning commercial guarantee) is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging. The items for which the manufacturer does not provide direct assistance, must be returned to MR WATT S.R.L. for warranty service. In this case the transport costs will be shared equally: the customer will bear the costs for the return, which will handle the repair of the goods, and ship it back at his own expense to the customer. Before making a return delivery will need to contact us by sending an email to info@mrwatt.eu to request a return authorization number (RMA) to be applied outside of the package. The package must contain all the elements that come with the product (accessories, cables, manuals, ...). For all products sold packaged you will also need to return the box and original packaging. The legal guarantee of 24 months according to DL 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity (therefore does not apply to failures, for which it is normal manufacturer's warranty), provided that the product is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This warranty is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a reference to VAT).
If, following inspection by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from authorized, as well as transportation costs, if supported by MR WATT SRL .

No damage can be obtained from MR WATT S.R.L. for any delays in repairs or replacements.

The personal data of our knowledge will be processed only for contractual, administrative or tax. The same data may also be disclosed to third parties who perform functions on our behalf (catalog manufacturers, couriers, in charge of information systems, accounting or tax obligations). The provision of data for these purposes is not mandatory, but is aimed at the management of our contractual relationship that can not occur in case of refusal.
